Our History

Otocore Systems was created by passionate people with over 25 years of combined auction experience. From lot workers to general managers and everything in between, they have seen firsthand all the pain points auctions endure through other software options and know what is needed to make sale days run smoothly. And when things didn't run smoothly, they created new solutions, such as Auction Tote Screens, that have since become industry standards.

In 2016, those passionate people decided to use their insider knowledge to help other auto auctions revamp how they do business. They started work on an innovative program that incorporates all the vital features from before, and brand-new features bring auctions into the present.

Our cutting-edge system has solutions for various problems that have plagued auctions for years. We are providing more freedom through customizable features that, before, you would need to jump through hoops to change. There is no need to contact us to get simple information changes made, like managing auction lanes, because we believe that you should be in control of your auction.

Unlike other software based on pricing brackets, you only pay for how many vehicles your auction actually sells. We have also built in many of the features that were previously only available through expensive third-party programs, ultimately saving your auction more money.
