How do I get started?

Schedule a demo with one of our agents to go through the system and answer any questions you may have. We will discuss specific pricing once we know more about your auction.

Will the Otocore System work with our current equipment/hardware?

Yes, Otocore will work with your current computers and printers. Otocore Systems is a web-based program, so there is no need to buy specific hardware for use with the system.

Can we limit the information that some employees can view?

We have integrated user permissions into our system so that employees do not see sensitive information that is not imperative to their position. There are, of course, manager and owner permissions that will allow access to all information and features for complete control over your auction.

How many Employee profiles can we have?

You can have as many employee profiles as you need for your auction.

What is pricing based on?

We do not use a bracket system like many of our competitors, so you only pay based on your success. Our pricing model is based strictly on sales per month, with a set fee per car sold. You end up paying more on your better months, but you aren't stuck paying the same amount on your slow months.

Does Otocore integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes, Otocore does integrate with QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Device Compatibility: Windows/Mac/etc.

Our software is web-based, so it will work on whatever hardware you are already using.

What if we have multiple auction days a week?

No problem! We have options on Marketplace, Simulcast, and our general system for auctions with one auction day a week or multiple auction days a week.

How many Lanes can we have activated in the system?

Otocore is flexible to fit the needs of your auction. Our system can support as many physical lanes as you have.
